The ICAHN Quality Alliance Project is an on-line, quality improvement data repository including clinical and patient safety indicators.  Network member hospitals participate and share data to determine “best practices” and to improve the quality of patient care and services throughout the critical access network.  Care Tech Solutions of Troy, Michigan has designed the new software program to be user-friendly and flexible to allow individual network member hospitals enhanced tracking and reporting capabilities.  Data is password protected on ICAHN’s own server.  Participation is voluntary and free of charge as part of network member dues.
